Responsible operator

Protected workspaces
Authenticated workspaces store firm membership, client settings, uploaded financial files, mappings, normalized records, analysis snapshots, advisor decisions, actions and reviews. Access is scoped to authorized firms and clients. Do not upload data you are not authorized to process.
Demo and storage
Northstar is synthetic. Its temporary demo session uses an HTTP-only cookie and volatile server memory; do not enter confidential information. Authenticated sessions use necessary authentication cookies. No external product analytics or AI provider is connected by default.
Deletion and export
Authorized users can export a client workspace. Import deletion removes its dependent analysis/action/review data; firm owners/admins can delete clients, and owners can delete a firm. Downloaded exports cannot be recalled. Account identity deletion currently requires a verified support request.
Retention, processors and international handling
[OWNER / LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Confirm actual hosting, database and email providers; storage/processing regions; contractual roles; retention and backup expiry; incident procedures; rights processes and effective dates. Do not infer compliance from available controls.
No peer benchmarking
This build does not use client financial information to create cross-company benchmarks. Historical/self-comparison is separate from market benchmarking.
